Kevin was called to the bar in 2009 after pursuing a career as a journalist. Since then, he has built a busy and challenging family law practice. He has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia. He has advocated for hundreds of clients in chambers proceedings, conferences and mediations and has solely appeared as counsel in many family law trials, mostly before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Kevin can tell you when to negotiate, litigate, or mediate your family law dispute. He knows it takes long hours, determination and tenacity to succeed and enjoys helping clients navigate emotionally charged family law issues. He believes only careful planning and firm commitment to reasonable goals yield the best results.
Outside of the office Kevin is an avid outdoor enthusiast. He can frequently be found travelling around British Columbia in his RV. He is happily married and has little spare time raising two sons and one stepdaughter.
