Arica Tuscano is a family law lawyer and mediator. She was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2021. Since then, she has built a busy and growing practice. In the past, she has worked with respected firms in Vancouver and Surrey.
She has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia and has advocated for hundreds of clients in chambers proceedings, conferences, and mediations, as well as represented clients in many family law trials.
Arica works closely with individuals and families going through some of the most stressful and emotional moments in their lives, and she focuses on making the legal process feel clearer, more manageable, and less overwhelming.
Arica brings a grounded and practical approach to her work. She understands that most people coming to see a lawyer are not just dealing with legal issues – they are dealing with real-life pressure, uncertainty, and often conflict involving their families, finances, or future stability. Her goal is always to provide honest advice, straightforward options, and strong support so clients can make informed decisions with confidence.
Originally trained internationally and now practicing in British Columbia, Arica brings a broad perspective to her work and is comfortable navigating both complex, high conflict matters and more straightforward cases.
What clients often appreciate most is her approachable style. Arica takes the time to listen, explains things in plain language, and remains responsive when clients need clarity the most. She genuinely cares about her clients and is committed to helping them move forward.
She sits on the board of various organizations and enjoys pro bono, as well as assisting clients referred through Legal Aid. She also offers flexible legal services, including unbundled options, to make legal support more accessible.
Outside of the office, Arica enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and spend time in nature and the wilderness.
