Ashna Bans joined the ALMA team after completing her Legal Assistant Certificate at Capilano University, where she developed a solid foundation in legal procedures and office practices. Her academic background also includes a bachelor’s degree, where she took a clinical approach to studying the complexities of addictions. 

Bringing over a decade of rich experience in customer service, Ashna excels at navigating fast-paced environments and connecting with people from all walks of life. This extensive background gives her a natural capacity for empathy, active listening, and patience, ensuring clients feel heard and supported from their very first interaction.

Outside of the office, you can find her curled up with a good book, traveling to new destinations, or spending time enjoying the outdoors.
